SANA'A, Jan. 16 (Saba) - President of the Supreme Political Council reaffirmed to the nation and Arab world that the Red Sea Bab al-Mandab Strait is under complete control of the national army and popular forces.

The Saleh al-Sammad's remarks came in a televised interview conducted by the pan-Arabist satellite television channel, Al Mayadeen, late on Sunday.

The battle in the western coast showed the Saudi-paid aggression's military failure in the internal front, afterward the aggression turned against our national economic through targeting the Yemeni Red Sea port outlet, he said.

However, the president underscored the aggression's victories are unreal and are only fabricated by its media.

He saluted the great victories made by the army and popular forces throughout front lines and praised the grand popular resistance and steadfastness by the Yemeni people.
