Israeli intelligence rearrested Palestinian detainee Wissam Mohammad Kastiro immediately upon his release from Negev Prison on Thursday, after serving a full 10-year sentence.
According to his family, Israeli agents took Wissam to the Al-Maskobiyya detention center for further questioning, then released him under several restrictive conditions. These include a three-day ban from entering Jerusalem, a 2,000-shekel financial guarantee, and a pledge not to take part in any celebration marking his release.
The occupation authorities also prohibited the display of banners, posters, or fireworks at his home.
Wissam Mohammad Saleh Kastiro, 28, is a resident of Beit Hanina, in northern occupied Jerusalem.
