Sana'a – Saba:
The Yemeni Customs Authority announced that, in accordance with the minutes of the Central Committee for Boycotting American and Israeli Products meeting held on July 15, 2025, the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Investment has directed that American products currently present at customs ports be allowed entry until August 18, 2025, as a temporary and exceptional measure.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the Authority clarified that this step is in preparation for implementing Prime Minister’s Decision No. (10) of 1446 AH, which mandates a complete and permanent ban on the entry of American and Israeli goods, commodities, and products after this date. Any such items will be handled according to re-export procedures, with no exceptions for entry.
The Customs Authority called on all ports, border crossings, and customs centers to fully comply with this directive and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure proper enforcement of the boycott decision.
