Hodeida - Saba:
The Attorney General, Judge Abdulsalam Al-Houthi, inspected on Tuesday the workflow of the prosecution offices in Al Hodeida Province.
The visit included the governorate’s Court of Appeal and several primary courts, where the Attorney General met with the court’s president, Judge Ahmed Al-Jarmouzi, as well as the heads and judges of the primary courts. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the prosecution offices and the courts to improve judicial performance.
During his visit, Judge Al-Houthi reviewed the performance of various prosecution offices and met with the Appeal Prosecution Head, Judge Amin Al-Qarni, the Public Funds Prosecution Head, Judge Muthahar Al-Jamrah, and the Head of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution, Judge Ahmed Al-Shami, along with deputies and members of the primary prosecution offices. Discussions focused on discipline levels, work mechanisms, and procedures for following up on cases referred to the courts.
The Attorney General toured the prosecution departments, offices, and information centers, directing prosecutors and staff to intensify efforts, work as a team, expedite case resolutions, simplify procedures, adhere to regulations and judicial directives.
At the end of the visit, Attorney General Judge Abdulsalam Al-Houthi honored the Director of Al-Zaydiyah District Police, Major Zain Al-Abidin Ali Al-Amri, with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of his outstanding performance and cooperation with the prosecution in judicial enforcement.
