The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reiterated that families in the Gaza Strip "are facing catastrophic hunger," noting that "children in Gaza are suffering from emaciation, and some are dying before food reaches them."
The UN office said in press statements that food seekers are risking their lives, and many are being shot.
