Ibb (Saba) – The branches of the oil and gas companies and the National Institute of Administrative Sciences in Ibb Governorate organized a speech event to commemorate Ashura – the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

At the event, the Secretary-General of the Governorate's Local Council, Amin Al-Warafi, reviewed aspects of the life of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, who embodied the leadership and role model, and whose life represented a comprehensive learning experience.
