Al Khalil - Bethlehem – SABA:
Armed Zionist settlers stole a donkey from Palestinian farmers in Masafer Yatta, south of Al Khalil, on Tuesday, vandalized crops, and erected a tent and sheep pen on lands belonging to the town of Sa'ir northeast of Al Khalil. Meanwhile, other settlers attacked Palestinian shepherds in the village of Al-Minya, southeast of Bethlehem.
Settlers from the "Mitzpe Ya'ir" outpost, under Israeli military protection, stole farmer Jaber Awad’s donkey in Khirbet Aqwaweis.
- They released a large number of sheep near Palestinian homes and fruit trees, causing damage.
- Seized several water wells, preventing the Abu A’ram Al-Na’amin family from accessing them.
Settlers set up a tent and sheep enclosure on Jabal Hamrush, privately owned by Palestinian families, as part of Israel’s state-backed "grazing settlement" plan to seize land.
- Last month, settlers attempted to forcibly take over vast areas in Joret Al-Kheil, east of Sa'ir, by expelling shepherds.
- For the third consecutive day, settlers attacked shepherds in the eastern area of "Khalayel Al-Qasr," threatening them with weapons to leave.
- Zaed Kawazba, head of Al-Minya’s village council, warned that these attacks—along with the burning of tents and theft of wheat/barley harvests—aim to empty the area of Palestinians for new outposts.
