Al-Bayda - SABA:
A meeting was held today in Al-Bayda Governorate, chaired by Governor Abdullah Idris, to discuss the implementation of a solar-powered street lighting project for the main roads in the cities of Al-Bayda and Rada’a. The project, with a total cost of 100 million riyals, will be jointly funded by the General Electricity Corporation and the local authority.
The meeting, which was attended by Deputy Governors Abdullah Al-Jammali and Ahmed Al-Sayqal, reviewed a report presented by Engineer Mohammed Al-Hattami, Director of the Al-Bayda Electricity Zone, regarding the feasibility study for the solar lighting project.
