Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Hashemi, Deputy Commander of Police in Iran’s Isfahan Province, announced on Monday the discovery of a drone manufacturing workshop and the arrest of four suspects and mercenaries linked to the Zionist entity during a police operation in Isfahan city.
According to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, Hashemi stated that police forces, through careful intelligence monitoring, learned about the presence of drone manufacturing equipment and components in a workshop located in the outskirts of Isfahan. Authorities immediately took measures to verify the information.
"In this context, specialized operations and extensive field investigations were carried out, ultimately leading to the identification of the workshop’s location," he said. "A team was dispatched to the site, and in a coordinated operation, four suspects and mercenaries affiliated with the Zionist entity were arrested."
Hashemi added that a large quantity of drone manufacturing equipment and components was seized during the inspection of the site. Investigations into the suspects are ongoing.
