The Central Correctional Facility in Al-Hodeida Governorate concluded its summer courses for inmates, held under the slogan “Knowledge and Jihad.”
During the closing ceremony, Deputy Governor for Services Affairs, Mohammed Al-Halisi, emphasized the importance of these programs in enhancing the educational and moral development of inmates, helping rehabilitate them into productive members of society.
The courses included lessons in the Holy Qur’an, general culture, and life skills, and witnessed active participation from the inmates, reflecting the positive impact of the summer programs on personal growth and discipline.
Colonel Mansour Al-Hasani, the facility’s director, and his assistant Colonel Mirsal Jaghman, highlighted the support received from local authorities and the Correction and Rehabilitation Authority, which contributed to the improvement of inmate programs.
The event concluded with honoring participating inmates with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their engagement in the rehabilitation activities.
