The Yemeni Gas Company - Al Bayda Governorate Branch - carried out a field campaign to monitor gas filling stations, to ensure their commitment to security and safety standards and the provision of domestic gas in sufficient quantities to meet the needs of citizens, especially with the approach of the month of Ramadan.
The head of the field team, Ismail Basbas, confirmed that the campaign aims to enhance control over the stations, including adherence to approved weights and official prices.
The director of the company's control office, Abdul Karim Al Shami, pointed out the stability of the gas supply situation in the governorate, stressing the company's keenness to provide sufficient quantities to meet demand. He also stressed the importance of adhering to security and safety requirements, warning of taking strict legal measures against any station proven to be in violation.
For their part, citizens expressed their satisfaction with the company's procedures in monitoring the stations and ensuring the easy provision of gas, which contributed to the stability of the supply situation.
