Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning expected cold to very cold weather in several governorates during the next 24 hours.
The center reported in its weather bulletin that the weather is expected to be cold to very cold during the night and early morning in the governorates of Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, and Al Bayda.
While the weather will be cold in the highlands of Al Mahrah, Hadhramaut, Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Al Dhale'e, Ibb, Marib, Al Jawf, and desert areas.
The center indicated that the weather may be relatively cold to cold in the highlands of Taiz, Raymah, Hajjah, and Al Mahwit.
The lowest temperatures recorded in some meteorological monitoring stations this morning were 2.5 in Dhamar, 3 in Amran, 3.7 in Qaa Al Boun - Amran, 4.3 in Thi Na'im - Al Bayda, 4.6 in Sana'a, and 10 in Ibb.
The center warned citizens in the highlands of the cold and very cold weather during the night and early morning hours.
It called on farmers to take the necessary measures to protect crops, as well as livestock herders, beekeepers and poultry keepers to protect them from the effects of the severe cold.
