The governor of Russia's Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, announced today, Saturday, that air defenses intercepted and destroyed seven drones over the region.
According to Sputnik, Bogomaz said in a statement via Telegram: "An attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using drones on the Bryansk region was thwarted, as Russian air defense forces detected and destroyed seven unmanned aerial vehicles."
Ukrainian forces have been targeting Russian border areas in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, and Rostov regions, as well as the Crimean Peninsula, with drones and missiles almost daily.
