Today, the Executive Office of Al-Bayda Governorate, led by Governor Abdullah Idris, reviewed job discipline levels and explored methods to boost local, executive, and financial performance.
The meeting, attended by the governorate's undersecretaries Abdullah Al-Jamali, Abd Rabbo Al-Ameri, and Saleh Al-Mansouri, discussed the directives from the Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources on the implementation mechanism for the program of cultivating solid, neglected, desert lands and dunes for the current year 1446 AH.
The meeting addressed the governorate's report on the plan for service and development projects for the current year 1446 AH. It reviewed the achievements in service and development projects, the ongoing projects from the year 1445 AH, and the steps to complete the studies for the approved service and development projects for the year 1446 AH. Additionally, the meeting discussed the advancement of work on implementing service and development projects across the governorate's regions.
They reviewed the report from Fadel Al-Awadi, the Director of the Civil Service and Administrative Development Office, which covered the discipline levels of all employees within the governorate's administrative apparatus and directorates, the tasks carried out, plans for improving performance, challenges faced, and the required interventions.
The meeting addressed the report by Nasser Al-Mansouri, the Director General of Finance in the governorate, which detailed the outcomes of the audit and review activities at the Water and Sanitation Corporation and the Slaughterhouses Corporation branches within the governorate. It also discussed solutions for current financial issues and ways to enhance the services offered to the public.
At the meeting, Governor Abdullah Idris stressed the need to strengthen efforts aimed at raising the level of performance of executive and service offices and intensifying coordination between the authorities to overcome any difficulties. He stressed the importance of translating the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council on the ground through the development of executive plans and programs that contribute to mobilizing all efforts and improving local and executive performance.
He pointed to the interest of the Leader of the Revolution and the head of the Supreme Political Council and their keenness to support the province to alleviate the suffering of its people. He pointed out that the development process requires concerted official and community efforts and effective contributions to the provision of services.
