HODEIDA September 08. 2024 (Saba) – Private community colleges in Hodeida province hosted on Sunday a celebratory event in honor of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday.

The event, attended by local dignitaries and academic leaders, featured a keynote address by Dr. Mansour al-Asimi, Dean of al-Shifa College of Medical and Technical Sciences.

Dr. al-Asimi emphasized the significance of celebrating this occasion, highlighting that the Yemeni people’s dedication to commemorating the Prophet’s birthday reflects their deep love and respect for him.

He urged officials from private community colleges to actively participate in the central event scheduled for the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal, underscoring the importance of collective celebration in honoring the beloved Prophet.

The event, which saw attendance from college officials, department specialists, and students, included various artistic performances that highlighted the importance of the occasion and celebrated the Prophet’s legacy.
