Local sources reported that the occupation forces shot a young man near Kerem Abu Salem checkpoint southeast of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip, which led to his martyrdom.

They added that the occupation shelled Araba area north of Rafah city, injuring a number of citizens, coinciding with the occupation artillery shelling of the surrounding barracks west of the city, which led to a fire in an agricultural bathroom.

Civil defense teams recovered the bodies of eight martyrs, including three children, who were killed in a raid on al-Hasayna area west of al-Nuseirat camp.

Ambulance crews transferred a number of injuries from the tents of the displaced after gunboats stationed off the coast of al-Nuseirat camp opened fire.
