HEBRON August 31. 2024 (Saba) - Zionist settlers attacked the village of Jourat al-Khail, located east of Sa'ir near Hebron, and stole 300 sheep.
According to the Palestinian News Agency "Wafa," the settlers, some dressed in military uniforms, stormed the area, assaulted residents, seized their phones, and vandalized property, including destroying residential caravans and damaging water tanks.
Eyewitnesses suggest that the attacks are part of a broader strategy to displace Palestinian residents to facilitate settlement expansion.
This incident follows previous attacks by settlers from Asfar and Kodufim colonies, including the theft of 35 sheep five months ago.
The local community is now calling on human rights organizations to assist in recovering the stolen livestock, which are a vital source of livelihood for the residents.
