JENIN August 30. 2024 (Saba) - A Palestinian elderly man was martyred on Friday evening by the Zionist enemy forces in Jenin city in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Information Center quoted the Palestinian Red Crescent Society as saying: Its crews "dealt with a martyr in the eastern neighborhood area of Jenin city, and took him to the hospital."
With the hours of dawn last Wednesday, the enemy forces launched a military operation, described as the largest since Operation Defensive Wall in 2002, targeting resistance fighters in the cities of "Jenin", "Tulkarm" and "Tubas" in the north of the occupied West Bank, where large forces invaded the areas, cities and camps of the northern West Bank, from several axes, and the enemy army called the operation (summer camps).
The Zionist aggression resulted in the martyrdom of 21 Palestinians until Friday evening, including 12 Palestinians in Jenin, five in Tulkarm and four in Tubas, raising the number of martyrs in the West Bank since October 7 to 673 martyrs.
