OCCUPIED QUDS August 30. 2024 (Saba) - A doctor and two ambulance officers were injured on Friday evening when the Zionist enemy targeted an ambulance in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said that a doctor in the Health Ministry and two ambulance officers in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society narrowly escaped death while performing their humanitarian duty in Jenin, after enemy forces fired directly at them.
The Palestinian Health Ministry condemned the Zionist enemy's deliberate targeting medical and ambulance crews in Jenin.
It stressed the need for the international community to intervene to protect international law and international humanitarian law from the Zionist enemy's repeated violations, as international humanitarian law stipulates the protection of medical personnel, facilities and vehicles.
