BOGOTA August 30. 2024 (Saba) - Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Thursday accused the United States of America of complicity with the Zionist entity in the "genocide" it is committing against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Rodriguez posted a photo on his account on the X platform last night, showing missiles sent by the United States to the Zionist entity.
"In the genocidal attacks launched by "Israel" against the people of Gaza for 326 days, 40,476 Palestinians have been killed and 93,647 people have been injured," Rodriguez said.
"Israel" has a clear partner in the genocide it is committing against Palestine... the US government, which provided it with 50,000 tons of military aid."
The US administration is being severely criticized for its unconditional support for the Zionist entity in the war on Gaza, he added.
With American support, the Zionist enemy has been waging a devastating war on Gaza since October 7, leaving more than 134,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than ten thousand missing, amid massive destruction and deadly famine.
In light of this war, which Tel Aviv continues in complete disregard of the appeals of the international community, children in Gaza are facing tragic conditions, including deprivation of education, severe malnutrition, and failure to receive necessary vaccinations, which threatens their health conditions in the future.
