IBB August 30. 2024 (Saba) - Today, Ibb governorate witnessed mass marches in 70 squares entitled "Our support for Gaza and Al-Aqsa ... Responsibility and Jihad", in continuation of Yemen's firm position in support of the Palestinian people and Al-Aqsa Al-Sharif.
Participants in a march in the city of Ibb, led by the governor of the province, Abdul Wahid Salah, many members of the House of Representatives and Shura Council and deputy governors, denounced the call of the so-called Zionist Minister of Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, to build a synagogue inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
They considered these statements an unacceptable escalation and a dangerous incitement within the plan of an extremist Jewish current aimed at Judaizing Al-Aqsa, reaffirming that supporting Gaza and Al-Aqsa is not just slogans, but rather serious and responsible work that requires Islamic governments to cut relations with the Zionist entity and pressure it and its supporters to stop the aggression on Gaza.
They stressed that the Yemeni people will continue to support the Palestinian people until the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, noting that the Zionist persistence of the 47th week reveals once again that it is a rogue entity that poses a threat to the region and international security and stability.
The people of Ibb blessed the qualitative response carried out by Hezbollah against vital and strategic targets deep inside the Zionist entity, calling on the Arab and Islamic nation and the free world to stand by Palestine in its just battle against the occupation, and to support its steadfastness in the face of conspiracies.
