RAMALLAH August 04. 2024 (Saba) -Palestine's industrial production record saw an acute decline of 29.77 percent last June, compared to the same month in 2023, the Palestinian central bureau for statistics said on Sunday, as the record declined from 106.39 (in 2023) to 74.72 this year (base year 2019 = 100).
In comparison with May 2024, the record decreased by 4.74% - from 78.44 in May to 74.72 in June, the bureau added in a statement carried by WAFA news agency.
June 2024 witnessed a 7.38% shrank in transforming industries, whose relative value makes up 87.89 percent of the total industrial activity, it said.
