SANA'A August 04. 2024 (Saba) - As the Zionist aggression on Gaza Strip continues for the tenth consecutive month, and fails to achieve any of its declared goals, the enemy has resorted to targeting the leaders of the Palestinian resistance and targeting the southern suburb of Beirut, targeting the head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" Ismail Haniyeh and one of the leaders of the Lebanese resistance, in a military escalation that is the most dangerous in the region since the beginning of the aggression.
Following the treacherous Zionist operation, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) announced on Wednesday, the martyrdom of the head of its political bureau Ismail Haniyeh in a Zionist raid that targeted his house in Tehran.
The movement said in a statement: "It mourns the brother, the martyred leader, the mujahid Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the movement, who was killed in a treacherous Zionist raid on his residence in Tehran, after participating in the inauguration ceremony of the new Iranian president."
These developments come after the Zionist enemy army attempted to assassinate Fouad Shukr, the military commander of the Lebanese resistance, in the southern suburb of Beirut, with a warplane.
Commenting on this attack that the southern suburb of Beirut was subjected to on Tuesday evening, Hezbollah issued an initial statement in which it said: "It is still waiting for the outcome that the concerned parties will reach regarding the fate of the great leader and other citizens in the place, so that the necessary action can be taken accordingly."
Since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on Gaza on October 7, the number of Palestinian martyrs has risen to 39,400, and the number of injuries to 90,996, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as the enemy prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.
The Palestinian factions and forces condemned the assassination of the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, Ismail Haniyeh, in the Iranian capital, Tehran. The Palestinian National Liberation Movement "Fatah", the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front, the Popular Front, the Democratic Front, and the People's Party also mourned the leader Ismail Haniyeh, and considered the assassination a cowardly criminal act.. stressing that it will not deter the Palestinian people from continuing their struggle , adherence to their rights , national constants, and called for more national unity and steadfastness in the occupation face and its crimes.
It also stressed that this assassination will not break the will and steadfastness of the Palestinian people, but will increase their determination and resolve to move forward by adhering to their rights , national principles until freedom and independence.
Experts believe that Netanyahu took the American green light to strike Tehran and the southern suburbs of Beirut, and this comes in the context of shuffling the cards and the alleged victory that he is trying to achieve to escape forward from his war on Gaza.
Experts confirm that the escalation and crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against the resistance took place under a blatant American cover that does not recognize international law and does not differentiate between civilians, politicians , military personnel and does not care about blood relations or conscience.
They also believe that the usurping entity has opened the gates of hell upon itself and that the aggression against the political and military leaders of the resistance will not pass without a response and that its continuation will lead to the outbreak of a comprehensive regional war.
While many critics and experts believe that the US administration is responsible for the escalation in the region, "while the White House claims that it does not want to expand the conflicts, it is, at the same time, blindly supporting the Zionist entity."
The assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, head of the political bureau of Hamas, has sparked multiple analyses about the implications of this operation and its potential effects.
In this context, strategic researcher Brigadier General Charbel Abu Zeid believes that Washington wants to ignite war in the region and that the "axis of resistance" must take decisive positions in this direction.
Researcher Abu Zeid confirmed, in an interview with the Russian Sputnik News Radio, that the Zionist entity received a green light from the United States of America to assassinate the head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Hamas movement in Iran, and to strike the Lebanese capital Beirut.
Abu Zeid stressed, in his speech, "the necessity for the axis of resistance in the region to take decisive positions regarding the mechanism of responding to the Zionist crimes."
He warned of "the major American, British, European and Zionist security breach in the Middle East region", denouncing "Washington's position, which claims to want to stop the escalation in the region."
Abu Zeid considered that "the rapid developments in the Middle East represent a mobilization and preparation for a major battle, which may occur at any moment."
In turn, journalist Mustafa Bakri, a member of the Egyptian House of Representatives, made statements summarizing what can be concluded from this dangerous operation according to his vision.
Bakri published a comment on the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, in which he said: "The assassination of Haniyeh, and before it the leader of Hezbollah Hajj Fouad Shukr, indicates that the plan of assassinations and pursuit that the Prime Minister of the Zionist entity Benjamin Netanyahu promised represents the second episode of the war scenario, and clarifies that the assassinations will not stop at this point, but will continue as part of a broader Zionist strategy."
He expected that the assassination would negatively affect the ongoing talks to cease fire in exchange for the release of the hostages.
Bakri considered that these operations put obstacles in the way of diplomatic efforts and further complicate the situation," he said.
He continued, saying: "The continuation of these operations would push towards expanding the regional war, which could radically change the equation in the region.
The expansion of the conflict could lead to major repercussions on regional and international stability."
Bakri concluded his statement by saying: "Haniyeh's assassination is not just a passing event, but carries dangerous signals about the future of the region and international relations.
