SANA'A August 03. 2024 (Saba) -The Foreign Ministry has condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a civilian beach in the Somali capital Mogadishu, killing 32 people and injuring dozens.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) a copy of which targeted the places where civilians gather, contrary to all religious teachings, morals, norms, and human values.
It expressed the condolences of the Yemeni government and people to the Somali government and people and the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
It stressed that terrorism was unacceptable in all its forms and manifestations and represented one of the most serious threats to international peace and security, stressing the importance of bringing the perpetrators, organizers, financiers, and supporters of such terrorist acts to justice.
"Terrorism and extremism do not recognize space and time, they aim to destroy societies and negatively affect their social fabric," the foreign ministry statement said.
