SANA'A August 03. 2024 (Saba) - A number of directorates of the capital, civil society organizations, governmental and private institutions organized on Saturday a mass rally in front of the United Nations office building in fulfillment of the call of the martyred leader, Mujahid Ismail Haniyeh, under the slogan "August 3, the International Day of Rage in Support of Gaza and Solidarity with the Prisoners."
Participants in the rally, which was attended by Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dhaif Allah Rassam, Secretary of the Capital Hamoud Abbad, First Deputy Secretary of the Secretariat Khaled Al-Madani, social , human rights leaders and figures, raised banners supporting the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance.
A statement issued by the vigil condemned what the Palestinian prisoners are exposed to in the the Zionist enemy prisons , which commits against them the most heinous , horrific practices and brutal violations that contradict religious values , humanitarian and international laws.
It stressed full solidarity with the prisoners and the continuation of the effort to save them and overthrow the savage entity and continue jihad path for the sake of God as the only solution for the nation to confront the Zionist enemy.
It stressed the continuation of supporting the Palestinian people, no matter the sacrifices, until God achieves for the nation His promised victory, which will come with the inevitable demise of the criminal entity.
The statement of the vigil denounced the cowardly positions of most Arab and Islamic governments and countries.
It called on the Arab , Islamic peoples and the world free people to assume their role , religious and moral duty in supporting the Palestinians in general and the Palestinian prisoners in particular.
It called on the world free people to expose the Zionist entity , the crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity that it commits against the Palestinians, including crimes against Palestinian prisoners, and to expose the false headlines that the West brags about and its false claims of human rights.
The statement called on the treacherous regimes that still insist on detaining the leaders of the Palestinian resistance in their prisons to quickly release them so that they will not be like the Zionist entity in baseness and decadence.
