SANA'A August 03. 2024 (Saba) - The capital witnessed popular mass protests in the directorates of Al-Thawra, Sha'ub, Al-Tahrir, Azal and Bani Al-Harith in loyalty and response to the call of the great leader, the martyr Ismail Haniyeh, under the slogan "World Day of Rage to Support Gaza and Solidarity with the Prisoners".
The participants in the protests, which included the Chairman of the Shura Council, Mohammed Al-Eidaroos, his deputy, Mohammed Al-Durra, the Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Mutahhar Al-Marouni, the member of the House of Representatives, Mohammed Al-Tuqi, a number of the secretariat's agents, directors of directorates, local and executive leaders, sheikhs, social figures and notables, raised the Yemeni and Palestinian flags.
A statement was issued about the protests, condemning and denouncing in the strongest terms what the Palestinian prisoners are being subjected to in the prisons of the Zionist enemy, which commits against them the most heinous and horrific practices and brutal violations that contradict all religious values , humanitarian and international laws, declaring full solidarity with them and continuing to strive by all means to save them , overthrow this savage and criminal entity.
It stressed the continuation of the jihad path for God sake as the only solution for the nation to confront the criminal enemy, and continuing to support the Palestinian people no matter the sacrifices until victory is achieved for the nation with the inevitable demise of the criminal Zionist entity.
It condemned and denounced the failure of most Arab and Islamic governments.. calling on all Islamic , Arab peoples and all world free peoples to play their role and duty in supporting the Palestinians in general and the Palestinian prisoners in particular.
The statement called on all free people of the world to expose the Zionist entity crimes against children and women in Gaza, stop the massacres, demand its trial, and expose the false headlines that the West boasts about in its claim to preserve human rights and the rights of prisoners while they see the Zionist entity violating all treaties and laws and committing all these violations.
The statement also called on the treasonous regimes that have prisoners from the Palestinian resistance movements to release them immediately, and not to participate in the crimes of the Zionist entity, so that they would be at the same level of baseness, decadence and injustice to the Palestinian people.
