GENEVA July 28. 2024 (Saba) -Its forcibly evacuation orders, systemic explosion of civilians from their homes, besieging hundreds of thousands within a very limited area and deliberately bombing others in Rafah and Khan Younis reflect the Israeli army's intent to persist in genocide against Gaza people, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor said on Saturday.
The evacuation orders issued this morning by the army are in fact forced displacement orders posing a crime against humanity and an act of the persistent genocide crime, the Monitor said in a statement.
The collective forced displacement affected nearly 2 million people in Gaza Strip, the watchdog added, with most of these civilians forced to relocate many times.
The Israeli army expands its offensive in Rafah and Khan Younis, persisting in its policies of collective killing, it added, warning against the army's narrowing of the "humanitarian area" in Mawasi.
