WASHINGTON July 20. 2024 (Saba) - Multiple Democratic sources involved in fundraising campaigns reported Friday that several fundraising campaigns for the re-election of US President Joe Biden are on hold even as the Democratic Party plans to accelerate the announcement of its candidacy and pledge to continue the 2024 race.

The sources said, according to Reuters, that Biden intended to raise funds in Austin, Denver, and California this week, but these plans were postponed.
