OCCUPIED AL-QUDS July 19. 2024 (Saba) - The Al-Qassam Brigades, Qaffin Brigade, has announced that its fighters had planted an explosive device between "Hermish" settlement and the town of Barta’a in the northern West Bank, detonating it in a Zionist troop carrier and causing direct casualties.
The Zionist army spokesman confirmed that two soldiers were injured by the explosion near Jenin, along with two settlers who sustained varying injuries.
The Zionist Army Radio reported that "security estimates" indicated the explosive device was detonated remotely after Zionists arrived at the Hermish farm. One passenger got out of the vehicle to open the gate when the device exploded.
Military ambulances were seen arriving at the bomb explosion site, as reported by Zionist media.
In a statement regarding the operation, Al-Qassam Brigades warned that settlers "will only see death, bullets, and gunpowder from its fighters in the West Bnk," adding that the "flames of the advanced Qassam bombs will not be extinguished as long as the occupier remains on our land and continues its aggression against our people."
Al-Qassam emphasized that this operation was a retaliation for the blood of martyrs and a response to Zionist massacres in the Gaza Strip, crimes in the occupied West Bank, and violations against prisoners in enemy prisons.
