GENEVA June 21. 2024 (Saba) - The World Health Organization confirmed on Friday that the daily "tactical truce" announced by the Zionist enemy forces in the southern Gaza Strip "had no impact" on the arrival of humanitarian aid.

According to the Palestine Today Agency, the organization’s official for the occupied Palestinian territories, Dr. Richard Peppercorn, said during a press conference in Geneva, “We as the United Nations can say that we have not noticed any impact on the arrival of humanitarian aid since this unilateral announcement of this technical truce.”

In turn, Jens Laerke, spokesman for the United Nations Office for Emergency Coordination, confirmed that humanitarian aid "was very little."

Laerke stressed that humanitarian workers “cannot go to the Kerem Shalom crossing (to pass goods with the Zionist enemy) and receive (humanitarian aid) in complete safety due to the lack of security,” but he pointed out that fuel entered in limited quantities.
