SANA'A June 06. 2024 (Saba) - A wide scientific and cultural demonstration that has become an annual event in Yemen, which is formed by summer courses and schools, as a pioneering experience dedicated by the revolutionary leadership because of its lofty goals linked to the reality , future of the country and the nation in general.
Perhaps one of the most prominent and important noble goals and objectives of these schools, which are about to conclude their activities, is that they represent an incubator for preparing a generation that carries various values, principles, and sciences that qualify them to bear the responsibility of building a strong nation capable of facing the challenges and dangers facing it from all directions.
The experiment began in the nineties of the last century in Saada Governorate, specifically in the year 1991 AD, and was revived by the scholar Badr al-Din al-Houthi. It was held in some mosques and schools, such as the Imam al-Hadi Mosque and School, and focused on teaching students to recite and memorize the Qur’an, its sciences, and the awareness aspects related to responsibility towards the reality and future of the nation.
After that, this activity expanded year after year until it spread to several provinces, such as Sa'ada, Amran, Sana’a, and Dhamar, which received great attention from the scholar Badr al-Din al-Houthi , the martyr leader, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and it was supervised by the scholar Muhammad bin Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
The martyr leader paid great attention to these courses and was keen to visit them and give his awareness lectures to the students, which included many topics such as religious and moral responsibility for students of religious sciences, as well as political awareness towards the events and issues of the nation, as well as faith education, jihadi culture, other matters that connect those enrolled to reality and the issues of the nation and jihad for the sake of God.
In light of the reality of the country and the nation, these schools have become an urgent necessity required by this stage as a result of the fierce Western attack on the system of values and principles that formed the unifying faith identity of the Yemeni people and which were and will remain the fortified fortress to protect them and preserve their existence.
Therefore, it is expected that these people will be upset and desperate to distort schools and summer courses, knowing that they are an integral part of the battle of awareness that the Yemeni people are waging under the leadership of Commander Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, which is no less important than the military battle against the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression and after it the American-British aggression.
After this reckless aggression failed militarily and faded in the face of the solidity, strength and cohesion of the Yemeni people and their rally around their honest leadership and standing behind their armed forces, today they are trying to return in other ways , under several titles, including frantic media campaigns, falsifying awareness, spreading false ideas and alien cultures within the framework of a soft war. Its primary goal is to corrupt societies, especially the youth, and other groups, so that it will be easy to penetrate these societies from within and control their fate.
These oases of faith are also the most appropriate investment for leisure time during the summer vacation, during which students are more vulnerable to loss due to many reasons, the most important of which is the multiplicity of means of intellectual invasion used by enemies, which are now present in every street and house, such as smart phones, the Internet, satellite channels, and means of communication. Social, and other means that enemies exploit to target young people, divert them from the right path, and make them a means of destroying Islamic societies.
Summer courses and activities are not limited to enhancing the cultural and faith aspect of those enrolled, but rather they are full of purposeful programs and activities, including educational, sports, science and various knowledge aspects, in addition to discovering, encouraging , developing the different talents and abilities of male and female students.
The Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council are relying greatly on these schools in preparing a conscious generation that possesses the values, principles of faith, and knowledge that qualifies it to bear the responsibility of building a strong nation capable of facing challenges , dangers, and resistant to penetration, regardless of the enemy’s plots.
The leadership derives this vision from a Qur’anic perspective and by extrapolating the long events that the nation went through and the radical change that the prophetic mission brought about in its reality until God’s guidance brought it to the summit, before it resumed its decline after the death of the Prophet, may God’s prayers , peace be upon him and his family, as a result of its gradual distancing from the Book of God and His teachings. It has reached its present state of collapse at all levels.
This is why the revolution leader , Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirms that the nation cannot succeed or reform except by what it reformed at its beginning, considering the existing illiteracy in this era among many of the elites of society, much more dangerous than the illiteracy that prevailed in the first pre-Islamic era, as a result of Inverted concepts and misconceptions introduced by enemies into the nation.
Also, the state of decline, diaspora, division, and backwardness that the peoples of the nation have reached is due to their ignorance, deviation, misunderstanding, and the wrong cultures, perceptions, and ideas that entered into them that changed their outlook on religion, life, reality, people, enemies, and everything, bringing them to where they have reached.
Therefore, everyone has become in dire need of returning to the Qur’an, God’s guidance, and His blessed instructions, to build a renaissance and an Islamic civilization based on the correct Qur’anic concepts, which is what the summer schools aim to achieve by teaching generations strength, extreme courage, trust in God, a jihadist spirit, and unity with the Islamic nation so that it is worthy of carrying the burden. They are the nation and its basic issues.
