BEIRUT May 17. 2024 (Saba) - The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, led by Hezbollah, launched on Friday a targeted attack on "Tsnobar" logistical base in the occupied Golan, employing 50 Katyusha rockets.
In a statement, the resistance declared that this action is in solidarity with the steadfast Palestinian people, supporting their resistance in Gaza and against the Zionist enemy's recent assault on the village of al-Najjariya, resulting in civilian casualties on Friday morning.
Tragically, one of the resistance fighters, Hussein Khadr Mahdi, known as "Abu Khadr", was martyred during the operation. Born in 1962 in the town of Najjariya in southern Lebanon, Abu Khadr joins the ranks of martyrs on the path to al-Quds.
Continuing their operations, the resistance targets Zionist enemy sites and border settlements to bolster support for Gaza and retaliate against the occupation's assaults on Lebanon.
The resistance has claimed responsibility for targeting enemy sites in Zaoura with a volley of Katyusha rockets, successfully hitting their intended targets. This action was in response to the Zionist enemy's artillery shelling of the village of Hula.
Additionally, on Friday morning, the resistance conducted an air strike utilizing assault drones on the new headquarters of the 411th Artillery Battalion in Jatoun.
The attack specifically targeted settlement tents and housing for enemy officers and soldiers, resulting in casualties among the occupation forces.
