MOSCOW February 27. 2024 (Saba) - Israel and Ukraine are fighting wars against humanity and international human law, the Russian deputy representative to the UN said on Tuesday.

In cooperation with the UN, Moscow will oppose Israeli attempts to portray the killing of civilians in Gaza as counterterrorist battle, Dmitry Polanski added on 'X', dismissing the Zionist offensive as blatant violation of the international human law.

Likewise, Ukraine tried to show its operations of killing the civilians over ten years in Donbas as counterterrorist battle, he said, but the "attempts were ultimately rejected by the International Criminal Court."

The Russian diplomat dubbed the Zionist UN representative's words as lies and futile attempts to mislead the public opinion about crimes committed against the Palestinians.
