SANA'A October 22. 2023 (Saba) - In light of the Arab regimes rushing towards normalization with the Zionist enemy entity and from the womb of Palestinian suffering that extended for decades, the battle of “Al-Aqsa Flood” came the heroic epic that broke the arrogance of the Zionist enemy to return the Palestinian issue to the forefront of the political scene and paint the brightest picture that the option of resistance is the only option that is capable of making a fundamental impact in the conflict with the Zionist enemy.
At the same time, “Al-Aqsa Flood” came to warn those rushing and normalizing with the Zionist enemy that it is useless to mislead them with this force that failed to repel the attacks of “Al-Qassam Lions.”
It is a message to the normalizers that the Zionist enemy is not reliable and that it is not correct and it is not appropriate to take it as an ally or expect it to form a support of any of the countries in the region, as it represented a strong blow to the momentum gained by the American effort to conclude a normalization agreement between the enemy entity and Saudi Arabia during the recent period, refocusing attention on the Palestinian cause.
Since the morning of Saturday, the seventh of this October, which is the first day of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation carried out by the Palestinian resistance against the Zionist enemy, this operation and the brutal, barbaric aggression that accompanied it and the hysterical bombing of the Gaza Strip have received great official and popular Arab and Islamic solidarity across the international geography.
Since the news of “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation spread to Arab and international media, it has gained widespread resonance in most social networking sites for Arab and foreign users, who received it with supportive comments, which coincided with the 50th anniversary of the October 1973 War.
It even topped the hashtags #Al-Aqsa_Flood and #Palestine. , #Gaza_under_bombardment, and #Palestine_my_issue, on “X” and “Facebook” platforms, posts by users in most countries of the world.
The operation was on a scale unprecedented in history for decades in the conflict between the Palestinians and the Zionists.
Osama Hamdan, the leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said in an exclusive interview with Al Jazeera the speed with which “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation was completed constituted a positive surprise to the elements of the resistance in terms of the speed of the collapse of the Zionist enemy army, as well as the reduction in the amount of sacrifices in “the ranks of the mujahideen / fighters.” "It also brought the Palestinian issue back to the forefront of the political scene, and painted a picture that the option of resistance can bring about a fundamental change in the conflict with the enemy. If the resistance had had the reasons for steadfastness - instead of siege - the equation of the conflict would have changed significantly.
Hamas leader did not lose sight of the impact of the Arab and Islamic street’s rallying around the resistance’s action in its struggle with the Zionist enemy and the value of that in making political decisions.
Many writers and political analysts confirm that the Zionist enemy within ten days is trying to restore its image and restore its prestige that was broken by the Gaza fighters and that Tel Aviv will fail to break the resistance, and that the coming days may witness an escalation, but it will not last long.
In an interview with Al-Quds.com, writer and political analyst Samer Anabtawi considered that “the escalating incidents and massacres committed by Israel against children and women in the Gaza Strip come to restore the image of the Zionist army, and are also trying to strike the popular base of resistance.”
Anabtawi added “Despite the upcoming Zionist escalation in the Gaza Strip, which will clearly strike the foundations of life there, the resistance, on the other hand, is reacting, and we may witness a battle that may last for weeks, but it is a fateful battle. This coincides with the entry of other fronts into the battle, which puts the Zionist enemy army faces great challenges and questions as to whether it will withstand all of this.”
In an interview with the same website, writer and political analyst Adnan al-Sabah believes that the next few days, despite the escalation of the war, will witness an end to the battle and a solution found. No one is concerned with an upcoming escalation, but the Zionist enemy is looking for achievements in front of its people, and it will not be able to eradicate the Palestinian resistance.
Al-Sabah stressed that the battle of “Al-Aqsa Flood” has restored the prestige of the Palestinian cause again, and the next few days will witness a solution that will raise the status of the Palestinian cause, and the resistance will prove that it has the winning cards in its hand.”
The Palestinian issue represents a political and central issue that affects international and regional security. Therefore, we notice that Western and American officials focus on the Iranian factor in their media, which raises the level of concern that the current events will lead to a regional war.
On the level of Palestinian politics, the operation came to confirm that the Palestinian Authority is incapable and weak, and reinforces the convictions of the major powers that it has no effective solutions or keys to the course of events, and that it has turned into a limited security and administrative authority.
On the level of Zionist policies, there will certainly be accountability, after the dust of the battle has settled. On more than one level security, military and political, and many officials of the usurping entity will pay the price.
As for the level of international policies, it is clear that whatever the results, the current events have brought the Palestinian issue back to the forefront and to the priorities of the international agenda, and ended big dreams about the regional normalization project as an alternative to the final solution.
At the level of regional policies; It is clear that the battle demonstrated Iran's power in the region, and the role of the axis of resistance increased, not only in Palestine, but also in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and others.
According to the latest statistics announced, the number of Zionist deaths has exceeded 2,000, which is more than the number of Zionists who fell during the 1967 war against Egypt, Jordan, and Syria. In contrast, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has so far reached more than 3,785 martyrs, and more than 13,000 wounded.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Aqsa Flood operation will have repercussions on the regional political and geopolitical situation in a way that is difficult to evaluate at the present time, but what the current events confirm, once again, is that the Zionist enemy always unleashes a resistance for which the occupier alone bears responsibility.
