SANA’A September 27.2023 (Saba) – The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, announced on Wednesday the first stage of radical change, which is the formation of a government of competencies that embodies national partnership.
In his speech this afternoon on the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, the Leader of the Revolution affirmed that the first stage of radical change includes updating the bloated structure, changing obstructing mechanisms and procedures, and correcting policies and work methods in a way that serves the people and helps achieve official and popular integration in working to advance the country and address economic problems.
He pointed out that the first phase also includes working to correct the situation of the judiciary, address its imbalances, and open an effective path to deciding on the outstanding issues.
The Leader of the Revolution also emphasized that the path of radical change and reform of state institutions depends on the faith identity of the Yemeni people.
