GAZA Aug. 20. 2023 (Saba) - The media of the Zionist enemy claimed Sunday that it shot down a drone belonging to the Palestinian resistance in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to the enemy's media, a plane belonging to the resistance, which flew at a high altitude, was shot down by the Iron Dome system.

Local sources reported that very loud explosions were heard over the city of Rafah, confirming that Zionist sources confirmed that the Iron Dome fired a missile at a target in the sky of the city of Rafah.

The enemy army radio indicated that the Iron Dome system intercepted a drone that penetrated the airspace of the border area of Eshkol, coming from southern Gaza.

While the Zionist Kan channel said "The Iron Dome in Eshkol Council area has been activated - it will be verified whether it was a drone or a malfunction."
