SANA'A, July 06 (Saba) - The Supreme Political Council (SPC) announced on Wednesday a unilateral initiative to open the 50-60 road in Taiz province on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
According to the SPC, the move aimes to alleviate the suffering of the people of Taiz, while the rejection of the aggression coalition and its mercenaries to accept the relevant initiatives previously presented by the Military Committee.
The decision was reached after consultation with the National Military Committee, which is making great efforts to open roads in Taiz and other provinces that the aggression and its mercenaries continue to repudiate, the SPC said.
The Council held the militias in Taiz responsible for obstructing the opening of the road, and for any attack may happen against the travelers on the road, and the consequences thereof.
It called on the people of Taiz to defend the road and reveal those who obstruct its opening.
