SANA'A, May. 24 (Saba) - His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, on Tuesday met with Acting Minister of Human Rights Ali Al-Dailami.
During the meeting, the ministry's progress and efforts to protect human rights were discussed, as well as the annual reports on the crimes of U.S.-Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people, as well as its activities in the field of training and rehabilitation on human rights and international humanitarian law issues.
The meeting touched on aspects related to documenting the crimes of U.S.-Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people in accordance with national and international standards to ensure that the perpetrators do not escape accountability.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat noted the importance of redoubled efforts to improve the level of human rights performance, especially in light of Yemen's unjust aggression and blockade.
He stressed the need to continue to uncover and document the crimes and violations of the coalition of aggression against the Yemeni people and to bring them to the world. He noted the ministry's efforts in preparing annual reports on crimes of aggression.
