PROVINCES, Apr. 05 (Saba) - The aggression forces and its mercenaries committed 159 violations of the humanitarian and military truce during the past 24 hours, a military official said Monday.
He said that the Apache warplanes launched a raid on the army and popular committees's sites in Al-Wajra area in Najran region, while the armed reconnaissance planes launched 8 raids on citizens' houses and the sites of the army and the popular committees in Al-Barah and Al-Wazi’iyah areas in Taiz province, Al-Fakher and Bab Ghala areas in Dhalea province.
The official added that 36 artillery bombardments were recorded by the aggression mercenaries, targeting the army and popular committees' sites in Al-Akd in Marib province, Al-Emrat and Al-Tala’a in Al-Baqa and Al-Malahiz in Sa’ada province, west of Haradh district in Hajjah province, and Bab- Ghala in Dhalea province.
The mercenary also targeted with intense artillery the army and the popular committees' sites in Jizan and Najran.
The official confirmed that 52 heavy artillery violations were recorded by the mercenaries on citizens' properties and on the army and the popular committees' sites in Hajjah, Sa'ada, Taiz, Lahj, Dhalea and Bayda provinces.
He stated that the aggression forces violations included warplanes' flights over Jawf, Amran, Taiz, Hajjah, Sa'ada and Bayda provinces.
