MARIB, Apr. 06 (Saba) - The Yemeni Army and the Popular Committees stand today in a very strong position against the aggression in Yemen especially in Marib.
The governorate of Marib is gaining military, political and economic importance, which made the Saudi coalition countries betting on it since the beginning of the battle.
In addition, this governorate has an economic importance, represented by the presence of oil wells in it. The launch of the military operations in Marib prompted the Saudi coalition to escalate on all fronts to cover up its battle, especially since the majority in the city is mostly against the coalition forces.
The Saudi Alliance uses all its power in Marib as it is its and Al Qaeda’s center of power. Losing Marib may change the scene towards an accelerated collapse of other provinces controlled by the allies of the forces of aggression.
In addition, the Army and the Popular Committees power will increase in the event of control of Marib with the increase in the ability to secure fuel, gas and electricity from the governorate.
