BAYDA, Jan. 31 (Saba) - Two people died and more than 60 others were injured, 20 of them in serious conditions, on Saturday when two tanks of domestic gas exploded on the main street in Bayda city.

 

The explosion led to the outbreak of a massive fire that caused damage to shops, facilities, properties and homes adjacent to the station, director of the Civil Defense Department in Bayda province Col. Aziz al-Mawri explained

 

Al-Mawri indicated the security services are currently gathering information to uncover the circumstances of the explosion.
