SANAA, Sep. 23 (Saba) - Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs Mahmoud al-Junaid and Minister of Information Dhaifallah al-Shami have inaugurated a trial run of Yemen Documentary Channel, coinciding with the celebration of the sixth anniversary of the September 21 revolution.

During the inauguration, the general manager of the Channel Shawqi Assad reviewed that the documentary programs and the experimental documentaries in the coming period.

For his part, the Minister of Information said that the launch of the documentary channel is part of the ministry's plan to implement the first phase of the national vision to develop media performance.

He pointed out that the Yemeni documentary channel is one of the fruits of the September 21 revolution, highlighting the work of the media sector in various fields, including documenting crimes of aggression and criminal acts committed against the people.

The channel came to show documentary programs of what have been destroyed by the US-Saudi aggression coalition warplanes, the minister said.
