TAIZ, May 31 (Saba) - The emergency committee in Taiz province, in its meeting chaired by the province undersecretary, chairman of the committee Ismail Sharaf al-Din, discussed a number of issues related to strengthening efforts of preventive measures to confront the Corona virus at the districts level.
The meeting stressed the importance of field visits to follow up and evaluate the general situation of quarantine centers and take urgent remedies to enhance their role in facing the current challenges.
The meeting stressed the speedy activation of emergency committees in districts, valuing the role of the leadership of the province in supporting the efforts of precautionary measures to confront the virus.
The meeting approved a package of precautionary measures include obligating restaurants to activate takeaway services and conduct awareness-raising workshops with cooperation and participation of society members on defining the procedures of quarantine in homes.
