SANAA, March 31 (Saba) –The Minister of Information, Dhaifallah Al-Shami, said that the aggression raids launched on Monday on a number of governorates are a dangerous escalation, but not out of the ordinary, and it reveals aggression's desire is not to stop the aggression.
He said that targeting the populated areas in the capital, Sanaa, Saada, and Hodeidah is evidence of the crime of aggression, whenever the enemy spoke about peace, it was accompanied by an escalation targeting civilian areas.
As well as, the Minister of Information called on all audio-visual media, and activists, to continue efforts to raise awareness of precautionary measures to confront the coronavirus, and to warn civilians against dealing or using masks and any objects dropped down by the US-Saudi aggression warplanes.
The Minister of Information pointed out that the US-Saudi aggression had caused the worst humanitarian catastrophe in Yemen and it is surprising that it dropped masks in the capital’s secretariat and a number of governorates at the time that it did not record any cases of coronavirus infection in Yemen.
Al-Shami warned in a news statement citizens warned citizens against approach of boxes of masks brought down by the Saudi-led aggression coalition warplanes on different Yemeni provinces.
The Minister put the responsibility of spreading the epidemic in Yemen on the US-Saudi aggression, through these materials that are dropped by the aggression planes or others. He condemned the US-Saudi aggression's targeting of the quarantine building in As-Salif, Hodeidah Governorate. He emphasized that this targeting reveals the US-Saudi aggression efforts to spread the coronavirus in Yemen by bombing centers that provide preventive health services to prevent the epidemic.
He pointed out that the peace that we know about the aggression is represented by the killing of children and the bombing of cities for five years, noting that the position of the UN and Griffiths comes to cover up the crimes of aggression even targeting workers at the United Nations.
