SANAA, Nov. 19 (Saba) - Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah met on Tuesday with the head of the ICRC delegation in Sana'a, Franz Rauchenstein.

The meeting discussed the possibility of logistical support by the Red Cross to bring in urgently needed medical shipments in the specific surgical aspect needed by local medical facilities and mainly to provide health services to sick citizens and injured by the aggression.

Franz Rauchenstein, expressed appreciation for the support the ICRC receives from the national authorities in Sana'a.

The meeting touched on the ICRC's efforts with regard to the Stockholm Agreement on Prisoners, as well as the ICRC's contributions to mitigating the humanitarian disaster created by the Saudi-Emirati coalition's aggression against the Yemeni people.
