Hundreds of Zionist settlers storm blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque
[24/April/2024]

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS April 24. 2024 (Saba) - Today, Wednesday, about 234 Zionist settlers renewed their storming of the courtyards of the Blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, under heavy protection from the Zionist enemy police, coinciding with the so-called Jewish “Passover” holiday.

The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" quoted local sources as saying: 234 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa from the direction of Mughrabi Gate, on the second day of the "Jewish Passover" holiday, and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, under strict Zionist security measures in occupied Quds, where they obstructed the movement of worshipers and checked their ID cards.

According to the Islamic Endowments Department in Quds, hundreds of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups, each group including 35 settlers, where they carried out provocative tours in the courtyards of the Sanctuary under the guard of occupation police officers.

Groups of herds of settlers participated in biblical rituals and performed Talmudic rituals in the courtyards of the Sanctuary and in front of the Bab al-Rahma chapel and the Dome of the Rock, during which they provided explanations about the “alleged temple” before leaving the courtyards of the Sanctuary from the direction of Bab al-Silsilah.

The Zionist enemy forces imposed restrictions and restrictions on Palestinian access to the entrances to the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, coinciding with the settlers storming its courtyards.

Quds turned into a military barracks, where more than three thousand enemy police officers were deployed throughout the city. The forces set up dozens of iron barriers in the streets and roads leading to the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and stopped the Palestinians and checked their identities and belongings.
