GAZA May 05. 2024 (Saba) - The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" announced on Sunday evening the end of the current round of negotiations in Cairo.
According to Sama News Agency, the movement said in a statement: "The current round of negotiations in Cairo has just ended, and the Hamas delegation will leave Cairo tonight to consult with the movement's leadership."
It added, "The movement's delegation had handed the mediators in Egypt and Qatar the movement's response, with whom in-depth and serious discussions took place."
The movement affirmed its positive and responsible dealing, and its keenness and determination to reach an agreement that meets the demands of the Palestinian people, ends the aggression completely, achieves withdrawal from the entire Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced, intensifies relief, begins reconstruction, and completes the prisoner exchange deal.
