TEHRAN April 19, 2024 (Saba) - The Iranian Revolutionary Guard denied the Zionist Maariv newspaper's claim that the Dimona reactor was one of Iran's targets in the retaliatory strike, describing it as psychological warfare.
Mehr News Agency reported that the spokesman for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Brigadier General Ramadan Sharif, last night denied the reports circulated by media affiliated with the Zionist entity that the Dimona power station building was damaged in the Iranian punitive attack against the Zionist entity, describing it as false and a malicious act in line with psychological warfare operations that It is practiced by the enemy.
He explained: "The Dimona power station was not among the targets of the recent punitive attack carried out by the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Zionist entity, and publishing news about that is a big lie and a malicious act that is in line with the process of psychological warfare practiced by the enemy to distract public opinion."
The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps launched extensive missile and drone strikes late last Saturday night on the occupied territories, which is the first time that the Islamic Republic has used such weapons against real targets.
The series of retaliatory strikes, called True Promise Operation, caused damage to Zionist military bases in the occupied territories.
