TAIZ April 19. 2024 (Saba) - Taiz province witnessed five mass marches under the slogan, “Our battle continues until Gaza wins.”
Despite the continued rain, the people of the Taiziya Directorate gathered to the Great Prophet Square at the Mawiyah Junction, affirming their continued support for the Palestinian people and the resistance factions in the Gaza Strip, and responding to the call of the revolution leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to support the Palestinians.
The crowds participating in the march, led by the Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Musawi, a member of the Shura Council, Dr. Yahya Al-Junaid, the President of the Court of Appeal, Judge Abdulaziz Al-Sufi, the Staff of the Fourth Military District, the Commander of the 22nd Armored Brigade, Major General Hammoud Dahmash, and a number of representatives, chanted slogans of innocence from the enemies of God. Condemning the crimes of the American-Zionist aggression against the Palestinians, including killing, torture, and unprecedented violations.
A statement issued by the province's directorate squares announced the resumption of mobilization activities and jihadist marches in support of the Palestinians and rejecting the Zionist aggression and siege on Gaza Strip.
It stressed the firm position in the face of injustice and tyranny to which the nation in general and Gaza in particular is exposed, calling for continuing to intensify popular mobilization activities and standing by the oppressed in Gaza , all the Palestinian territories and not abandoning their support no matter how long the time takes or the amount of pressure increases.
It also congratulated the Iranians and leadership on the strong military response to the Zionist enemy, which achieved the equation of response in exchange for the rule of Zionist permissibility, and established rules of engagement in favor of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the axis of jihad and resistance.
The statement praised the heroic jihadist operations of the jihad and resistance movements in Palestine, Lebanon and Iraq, expressing condolences to Commander Ismail Haniyeh on the martyrdom of a number of his sons and grandchildren.
