GAZA April 16. 2024 (Saba) - Member of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas Izzat al-Rishq has confirmed that a permanent ceasefire is the only guarantee to protect the Palestinian people and stop the waterfall of blood and massacres.
In press statements, al-Rishq said “There is no concession to complete withdrawal and the free return of the displaced,” stressing at the same time that attempts by Netanyahu and his government to release the prisoners by force have failed and there is no alternative to a real deal with the resistance.
He pointed out that the Zionist enemy wants a temporary agreement to release its prisoners, after that the war and genocide will resume.
Al-Rishq also confirmed that the Zionist enemy, after more than six months, is still floundering and has not and will not achieve any victory.
He stressed that the Zionist enemy's targeting of civilians and all aspects of civilian life are signs of defeat, not preludes to victory.
Al-Rishq said “Israel” is a pariah, and world public opinion stands with the Palestinian people and their just cause.
